Illustrations
Throughout my travels and adventures I have always kept illustrated journals. These old dog-eared sketch books hold the reference to places, people, and animals that I have had the pleasure to have worked and traveled with.
I tend to do art for myself that takes these simple illustrations to a higher level and tells the story of those adventures and the characters that inhabit them. As such, this body of work tends to reflects the western lifestyle I have lived here in Montana.
This personal celebration of my own experience manifests itself through
acrylic and watercolor painting, graphite and ink drawing, photography, digital
illustration and the written word.
In my own art and in my life I strive to be a story teller and each piece has
it's own story. Following are some of those stories.
